RAJUK (Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha) approves building plans and layouts in Dhaka. An approved plan means the design meets zoning, setback, and safety rules.
Buying in an unapproved project can lead to demolition risk, loan rejection, and resale problems.
Documents to request
Ask the developer for the approved building plan, environmental clearance (if required), and occupancy certificate after handover.
