2. Using Bashuda

Bashuda connects buyers, renters, sellers, agents and developers in Bangladesh. Listings, prices and availability are provided by third parties. We display this information in good faith but do not guarantee accuracy.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not post false, misleading or fraudulent property listings.
• You may not scrape, spam or misuse the platform.

4. Listings and transactions

Bashuda is a marketplace, not a party to any sale, lease or agreement. All negotiations, contracts and payments happen directly between users. We recommend verifying documents, visiting properties and using legal counsel before completing a transaction.

5. Verified badges

Verified Seller, Verified Agent and Premium Partner badges are awarded after document review. A badge does not constitute a legal guarantee or endorsement by Bashuda.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users or engage in illegal activity. You may close your account at any time.
